Our staff grows 80,000 annual flowers in our own greenhouse that are planted in the park system and on city property, and maintains the landscaping on Highway 20, the Port of Dubuque, gateways to the downtown area, and other locations within the City. EAGLE POINT PARK ENVIRONMENTAL RESTORATION MANAGEMENT PLAN
An Environmental Restoration Management Plan for Eagle Point Park was created by Applied Ecological Services and adopted in January of 2017. The plan outlines the implementation of environmental restoration, erosion control and stormwater management best practices. Monitoring is also a part of the plan implementation.
