Recreation

Welcome!

Welcome to the City of Dubuque Recreation Division. It is our goal to provide this community with equitable, high quality and valuable recreational opportunities that will create lifelong memories. Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and we look forward to seeing you in the parks and in our programs.

Office Hours
In an effort to be a more accessible and equitable City department, the Leisure Services Department is open later than other City departments so that hopefully more individuals/families will have the opportunity to be served in-person. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Administrative staff such as Managers and Program Supervisors may be available via phone as early as 8:00 a.m.

Scholarship Information
For our 3rd year in a row, the Leisure Services Department has received CDBG funding so that we may provide up to 150 low-income families with $125 in scholarship credits.  For more information and/or to print an application form, please click here.
