Housing Department Offering Home Ownership Workshop in April

The City of Dubuque Housing and Community Development Dept. will host a “Home Ownership Made Easy” (HOME) workshop in April to provide information on City programs, credit and basic banking/insurance, and energy savings for those who rent or own a home.
