Satterly Named Dubuque's AmeriCorps Program Director

Heather Satterly

City of Dubuque Leisure Services Manager Marie Ware has named Heather Satterly as the City of Dubuque’s new AmeriCorps Partners in Learning Program Director.

She will begin in mid-December and replaces Mary Bridget Corken-Deutsch, who was hired as a School Connections Specialist with the Dubuque Community School District (DCSD).

Eagle Point Park Listed in National Register of Historic Places

Eagle Point Park, 2601 Shiras Ave., has been listed in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) effective November 27, 2017.

'Holiday Tags' Available for Solid Waste Collection Customers

The City of Dubuque is continuing its annual distribution of a complimentary “holiday tag” for extra garbage to its solid waste collection customers. The tags will be available until Jan. 3, 2018.
